John Jay’s “10 lessons for young designers”

Advertising  wiz and agency partner at Wieden + Kennedy, John Jay, is a master when it comes to industry know-how. His passion and vision know no bounds. It's no wonder I'm thrilled whenever I have the opportunity to feature him and his work. ("Find a brand's soul and reveal it's truth." - September 2011)

This Saturday treat is not only perfect for desginers, but for all of us...

* Special thanks to Danny González for the design.

    Hey guys,
Check your copy. A few misspellings — “powerfull” should be “powerful” and “gratest” should be “greatest”. Otherwise, nice job!

Please always “spell check” – forward and backward – the old-fashioned way…see lesson 10, unless “gratest” was the intent?

This is wonderful advice. So who is going to pay the rent in the meantime then?
